Heute war
ich schon um 9:30 Uhr beim Frühstück, die Letzte wie immer, aber bereits
richtig angezogen - nicht wie üblich im Pyjama oder Jogginganzug... : ) Nachdem
ich mein Zimmer geräumt hatte, machte ich es mir auf der Terrasse bei Sonia des
La Goletta di Salina bequem um die vielen Fotos von gestern zu bearbeiten: Viele
Horizonte mussten getreckt werden… aber es war super angenehm in Ruhe neben dem
Bananenbaum und im Schatten zu arbeiten – zudem hat Noemi eine halbe Flasche Weisswein
zurückgelassen, die natürlich nicht vergeudet werden durfte! ; )
Today I was at 9:30 am at breakfast, the last as always, but already dressed properly - not as usual in pyjamas or jogging suit...: ) After clearing my room, I made myself comfortable on the terrace with Sonia of La Goletta di Salina to edit many photos of yesterday: Lots of horizons had to be equalized... but it was very pleasant in tranquillity next to the banana tree and in the shade - in addition, Noemi had left half a bottle of white wine, which of course could not be wasted! ; )

Nachdem
ich meine andere Zimmernachbarin Emanuela aus Turin zum Hafen (sie fuhr weiter
nach Panarea) gefahren und auch meine Arbeit für heute erledigt hatte, fuhr ich
zum Hafen. Dort fuhr ich mein Gepäck an die Schiffanlegestelle und gab den Nissan
Micro nach immerhin 52 km bei Bongiorno Rent ab. Kurz darauf ging es weiter zur
6. der 7 Schwestern (so werden die Äolischen Inseln auch genannt): Um 15:10 Uhr
lief die Liberty Lines in Santa Marina di Salina aus. Nach einem Zwischenhalt
in Rinella (ebenfalls auf Salina, wo ich gestern unter anderem mit meinem
Mitauto war) fuhren wir um 15:45 Uhr im Hafen von Filicudi ein.
After driving my other room neighbour Emanuela from Turin to the port (she continued to Panarea) and having finished my work for today, I drove to the port. There I first dropped off my luggage to the jetty and then returned the Nissan Micro after a total of 52 km at Bongiorno Rent. Shortly thereafter, I took the hydrofoil to the 6th of the 7 sisters (as the Aeolian Islands are also called): At 3:10 pm Liberty Lines left Santa Marina di Salina. After a stop in Rinella (also on Salina, where I was yesterday with my rental car) we arrived at 3:45 pm the port of Filicudi.

Hier
erwartete mich Valentina mit dem Auto – zum Glück, weil hier geht es nur steil
bergauf bzw. bergab! Wir luden meinen Liebhaber im grossen Koffer sowie den
kleinen Koffer mit meinem Büro ein und fuhren die 130 m aufwärts. Kurz darauf
kamen wir im Hotel La Canna an, wo ich mal für 2 Nächte reserviert hatte. Hier
überraschte mich ein atemberaubendes Panorama auf etlichen Terrassen - in
welchem Paradies war ich jetzt noch gelandet?? – Mit grosser Freude richtete
ich mich in meinem hübschen Zimmer ein und genoss die atemberaubende Terrasse mit
etwas Yoga…
Here Valentina was awaiting me with a car - luckily, because here it either goes steeply uphill or downhill! We invited my lover in the big suitcase and the small suitcase with my office into the car and drove up about 130 m. Shortly afterwards we arrived at the Hotel La Canna, where I had made a reservation for 2 nights. Here a breathtaking panorama on several terraces surprised me - in which paradise had I landed now? - With great pleasure I settled into my beautiful room and enjoyed the stunning terrace with some yoga exercises...

Gegen
Abend konnte ich mich dann doch noch von diesem wunderschönen Ort trennen und
machte mich auf um im Belvedere di Stimpagnato den Sonnenuntergang zu
bestaunen. Maps.me führte mich in einer knappen Stunde souverän auf schmalen
Gassen, die Mulattiere, und über Felder zum heutigen Spektakel: Die Sonne ging
über Alicudi unter mit einem Heiligenschein! : ))
In the evening I finally left this beautiful place and set out to admire the sunset at the Belvedere di Stimpagnato. Maps.me led me in less than an hour confidently through narrow streets, called mulattiere, and over fields to today's spectacle: The sun went down over Alicudi with a halo! :))

Hotel La Canna, genoss ich draussen auf der Terrasse ein wundervolles
Abendessen mit meinen Zimmernachbarn Carola und Markus aus Wettingen. Die
beiden sind ebenfalls grosse Reiser – so hatten wir ein abendfüllendes Thema und
es wurde wieder mal richtig spät…

Back at the Hotel La Canna,
I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my neighbours Carola and Markus from
Wettingen outside on the terrace. The two are also big travellers - so we had a
full-length topic and it for once it became quite late...
