Heute
Morgen riss mich ein heftiger Wind aus dem Schlaf... trotzdem habe ich super
geschlafen im meinem weichen Bett mit super Kissen und einem richtigem Duvet,
das man jetzt brauchte und ich gestern vor dem Insbettgehen aus dem Schrank
geholt hatte. Ich war richtig glücklich 2 weitere Tage hier verbringen zu
können um etwas Ruhe in mein Leben einkehren zu lassen... ich wollte es mir
gerade im warmen Bett gemütlich machen als Drama im Albergo mein Vorhaben
änderte: Meine Zimmernachbarn 3 Irländer, die hier 6 Nächte bis morgen gebucht
hatten, waren diese Nacht ohne zu bezahlen abgehauen! - Menschen!!! : ((
This morning, a strong wind roused me from sleep... but I slept wonderfully in my soft bed with great pillows and a real duvet, which I took out of the wardrobe yesterday before going to bed because you need it now. I was really happy to spend 2 more days here to let some peace and tranquillity into my life... I just wanted to make myself comfortable in my warm bed as drama in the albergo changed my intention: My room neighbours 3 Irish, had booked here for 6 nights until tomorrow and were gone this morning without having paid! - Humans!!! : ((

Am
Nachmittag verbesserte sich das Wetter dermassen, dass ich mich schon um 13 Uhr
ohne getaner Arbeit zu Fuss hinunter nach Isola Bella machte. Der wunderschönen
Küste entlang gelangte ich 15 Minuten später zur Funivia (Seilbahn) und es
standen bereits etliche Leute an... Aber es ging sehr schnell, so dass ich eine
Viertelstunde später schon im mit mittelalterlichen Gebäuden gesäumten Taormina
stand. Endlich hatte ich Zeit alles genauer einzusaugen - gestern war ich
überhaupt nicht weit gekommen solch interessante Leute und Geschäfte hatte ich
angetroffen! Der grösste Teil der fantastischen Stadt ist Fussgängerzone : ) - Taormina
ist einfach unglaublich, kein Wunder ist es das Touristenziel Nr. 1 in
Sizilien...
In the afternoon the weather improved so much that I walked down to Isola Bella at 1 pm without having my work done. Fifteen minutes later, along the beautiful coastline, I arrived at the Funivia (cable car) and there was already a cue waiting... But it didn't take very long, so that a quarter of an hour later I was already in midst of Taormina, lined with medieval buildings. Finally I had time to suck in everything in more detail - yesterday I did not get far at all such interesting people and shops had I encountered! Most of the fantastic city is pedestrian area : ) - Taormina is just amazing, no wonder it is tourists’ destination number one in Sicily...

Zurück
bergab nahm ich die Treppe nach Isola Bella und als ich zurück zur Villa
Antonio kam, hatte ich 10 km, 14'000 Schritte und 15 Stockwerke zurückgelegt! Trotzdem
spazierte ich um 20 Uhr nochmals nach Isola Bella hinunter (10 Minuten - und
später wieder rauf) um mich im Da Giovanni mit einem feinen Essen zu stärken:
Heute wählte einen leckeren Salat da Giovanni, gegrilltes Thunsteak und ich
hatte grosse Lust auf Pommes... - Sehr lecker!

Back downhill to Isola
Bella I took the stairs and when I arrived back to Villa Antonio, I had covered
10 km, 14'000 steps and 15 floors! Nevertheless, I walked back down to Isola
Bella at 8 pm (10 minutes - and later on back up) to have dinner at Da
Giovanni: Today I chose a delicious salad da Giovanni, grilled tuna steak and I
craved for fries... - Yummie!
