Als ich heute Morgen früh meine Äuglein öffnete war es bewölkt... Grazia machte mir einen doppelten Espresso und dann war ich bereit meine Umgebung joggend zu erkundigen… Ich kann nur sagen: einer der schönsten Küstenabschnitte, die ich je gesehen habe! Es war eher kühl heute Morgen und das Wasser war wärmer als die Luft, so tauchte ich nochmals ein ins klare Meer, und zwar so wie Gott (oder wer auch immer) mich geschaffen hat! : ) Was nicht so toll war, waren die Quallen, die bei der Bewölkung kaum auszumachen waren – 2 haben mich erwischt! : ( Als ich zurück in der Villa Antonio war, kam mir Grazia mit der Schere zu Hilfe um mir Aloe Vera abzuschneiden… so war alles schnell wieder im grünen Bereich! : )

When I opened my eyes this morning it was cloudy... Grazia prepared me a double espresso and then I was ready to explore jogging my surroundings... I can only say: one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline I have ever seen! It was rather cool this morning and the water was warmer than the air, so I plunged into the clear sea once again, the way God (or whoever) created me! : ) What was not really great, were the jellyfish, which were barely distinguishable with clouds making the sea dark - 2 of them got me! : ( When I was back at Villa Antonio, Grazia came to help me with the pair of scissors to cut off some aloe vera... so everything was soon okay again!

 Frühstück in der / breakfast at Villa Antonio, Taormina

Nach dem Frühstück auf der Terrasse meines Zimmers mit atemberaubender Aussicht überraschte mich Grazia mit der erfreulichen Nachricht, dass ich 4 Nächte bleiben kann… Wie perfekt ist das denn! Das Wetter war nicht gerade super angesagt (so war mein Plan mit dem Zug Circumetna um den Ätna zu reisen eh unsicher) zudem hielt der Bus zum Flughafen Catania (1 Stunde Fahrt) direkt vor der Tür! Grazia regelte alles, damit ich nicht mal mein Zimmer wechseln muss – was für eine Perle! : ))

Leichter Regen liess mir Zeit viele Dinge zu regeln… zuerst war etwas Meditation und Yoga angesagt um aus meiner Mitte heraus schaffen zu können… Dann wollte ich mich um meinen Trickbetrugsgewinn kümmern… Es ist kaum zu glauben, wie gewisse Unternehmen arbeiten um an Geld (Kunden bleiben so wohl kaum!?) zu kommen: Wie ich vor 2 Tagen berichtet habe und jetzt besser weiss, melodyways.com hat sich mit dem Swisscom Logo Vertrauen geschafft und mit Zeitdruck Kunden akquiriert… Natürlich habe ich das nicht auf mir sitzen lassen und ihnen direkt geschrieben, dass sie ja keine Ahnung haben, mit wem sie es zu tun haben – ich werde alle notwendigen Schritte unternehmen um diesen Betrug aufzudecken… zudem macht man sich doch nur einen schlechten Namen, wenn man Dinge verspricht, die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen! Ich habe meinen Anbieter Swisscom informiert sowie meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen – das Ganze hat mich zwar nur 1 EUR, aber auch viel Ärger und Zeit gekostet! : ((

After breakfast on the terrace of my room with a breathtaking view Grazia surprised me with the good news that I could stay for 4 nights... How perfect is that! The weather was not announced really great (so my plan to travel by train Circumetna around the Etna was unsure anyway) and in addition the bus to the airport Catania (1 hour’s drive) stops right outside the door! Grazia took care of everything, so I do not even have to change my room - what a pearl! : ))

Light rain let me time to settle many things... first, some meditation and yoga which makes me create out of my centre... Then I wanted to take care of my trick fraud... It is hard to believe how certain companies are working just to get money (like that they certainly won’t get customers!?): As I reported 2 days ago and now I know better, melodyways.com has managed to get confidence with the Swisscom logo and with time pressure to acquired customers... Of course I won’t take that and I wrote them directly that they have no idea with whom they are dealing - I will take all necessary steps to expose this scam... besides, they make themselves a bad name when promising things that are not true! I informed my provider Swisscom and blocked my credit card - the whole thing cost me only 1 EUR, but also a lot of trouble and time! : ((

Am Nachmittag sah das Wetter einen Moment besser aus, so dass ich mich zur Bushaltestelle vor der Villa Antonio machte um in die Stadt Taormina zu fahren… natürlich hatte ich ihn gerade verpasst und der nächste kam erst eine halbe Stunde später… und es begann zu tröpfeln! So versuchte ich es mit Autostopp und hatte Glück: Sammy & Paul aus Grossbritannien luden mich in ihr Mietauto und fuhren mich viele Kurven 200 m hinauf in die Stadt. – Wow, wie hübsch aber auch extrem viele Leute! Es erinnerte mich etwas an Lipari – einfach in Gross. Weit kam ich nicht, denn ich traf ein paar energetische junge Leute, mit denen ich liebend gerne viel Zeit und spannende Gespräche verbrachte: Angelo und etwas später Jessica und Valeria – die Jugend gibt mir sehr viel Hoffnung, auch in Italien! : ))

In the afternoon, the weather looked a bit better, so I went to the bus stop in front of the Villa Antonio to drive up to the city of Taormina... of course I had just missed it and the next one came only half an hour later... and it started drippling! So I tried to hitch-hike and was lucky: Sammy & Paul from the UK invited me into their rental car and drove me many curves and 200 meters up into town. - Wow, how pretty but also very crowded! It reminded me a bit of Lipari - just in big size. I did not get far, because I met some energetic young people, with whom I loved to spend a lot of time and exciting conversations: Angelo and a little later Jessica and Valeria - the young generation gives me a lot of hope, also in Italy! : ))

Dann begann es so richtig zu regnen – die Natur dankt es aber! Ich setzte mich in ein Cafe und liess die vielen kraftvollen vulkan-energetischen Begegnungen wirken… und kam wie so oft immer wieder auf das Thema Trauma… Menschen fügen einander Traumas zu, wenn sie unser Vertrauen missbrauchen… Wenn wir aber uns über unsere Traumata bewusst sind, können wir sie überwinden! Aus Erfahrungen = Vergangenheit können wir nichts anderes als lernen – und uns danach positiv nach vorne orientieren! Man kann nur wenigen Menschen vertrauen – der Natur aber immer und sie zeigt uns wie alles funktioniert! Wir müssen wieder Teil des Ganzen werden - alles ist Energie, die sich ständig bewegt... wenn wir auf der positiven Welle reiten, können wir sie weiterverbreiten... Wenn wir immer wieder zu uns selber zurückkehren, uns selber und unsere Grenzen respektieren und uns nicht von andern abhängig machen oder kontrollieren lassen - nur dann sind wir frei! : ))

Then it started to rain cats and dogs - nature is grateful for it! I went to a cafe and let the many powerful volcanic-energetic encounters work on me... and came back as often on the subject of trauma... People inflict traumas on each other when abusing our trust... But if we are aware of our traumas, we can overcome it! From experience = past we can only learn, anything else - and then orient ourselves positively forward! We can trust only a few people - but always nature and nature shows us how everything works! We have to become part of the wholesome again - everything is energy which moves constantly... if we ride on those positive waves, we are able to spread it... If we keep coming back to ourselves, respecting ourselves and our limits and if we are not dependent on others or let us control - only then we are free! : ))

Ristorante Rosmarino, Taormina

Zum Abendessen kehrte ich im Ristorante Rosmarino ein, das mir der spartanische Engel (Angelo Sparta) empfohlen hatte. Ich genoss ein vorzügliches Essen und hatte auf dem Rückweg mit Autostopp wieder Glück: Das 1. Auto hielt an und Stefania brachte mich trocken und sicher zurück in die Villa Antonio in Capotaormoina.

For dinner I went to Ristorante Rosmarino, which the Spartan Angel (Angelo Sparta) had recommended to me. I enjoyed an exquisite meal and was luck on the way back when hitch-hiking again: The 1st car stopped and Stefania brought me dry and safe back to the Villa Antonio in Capotaormoina.
